Qigong Meditation 102
This is an ongoing 1.5 hour course that meets 2 times a month and is designed to continue on from "Qigong Meditation 101". The guided meditations you learn are the inner alchemical practices of Taoist yoga. Qigong Meditation 102 takes you deeper into a soul level within yourself clearing and transforming much of the energy that has kept this part of you trapped, hard, and unexpressed.

When we begin to increase and circulate our energy throughout our body's energy channels, that energy will begin to dissolve and clear away all the areas within us that have been stuck. However, this restored energy flow is not limited to just clearing the blocks within our meridian system, but within our life as a whole. All the places you might feel stuck in your life will also begin to open up with new energy, opportunities, and creativity as you continue to circulate your energy.
In this course you continue to open the extraordinary meridians and develop the tools and awareness in forming and refining your "pearl of qi" in the elixir field of the lower tan tien. You learn to grow the natural virtue energy of the soul, refining your qi at a deeper level that feeds your energetic and spiritual development.
Fusion of 5 Elements is an inner-alchemical practice. This aspect of Qigong is involved with internal transformation. It takes the negative or stuck energy out of each of the yin organs – liver, heart, spleen, lungs, and kidneys – and transforms it. This provides the basis for cultivation of our soul's inherent qualities – gentleness, kindness, honor, respect, fairness and righteousness, which together total goodness.
Fusion of 5 Elements
The Shen & Ko Cycle also known as the “Creation & Destruction Cycle” is a Taoist Qigong practice used to regulate, grow, and clear the pathway of expression to the inherent qualities of your soul held by the 5 elements; referred to as the energy of "virtue". These 5 soul qualities culminate within as embodied compassion or goodness which transforms and heals your relationship with your self and others in powerful ways. This development is foundational to all higher spiritual practice.
Shen & Ko Cycle
This practice provides direct experience of the energy within the 8 Trigrams of the I Ching and teaches you to embody this natural flow of nature. Gain a deeper awareness around the energetic cycles of change and growth between body and spirit and how to harmonize this relationship.
8 Trigrams
The Chong Mo (Thrusting) channel holds the imprint of your divinity as spirit and is the foundation to all the higher level practices as it is responsible for the transformation of qi. This channel penetrates all the organs, glands, the 3 tan tiens, and the brain. It is the vertical pole connecting you to heaven and earth. It provides a stabilizing effect, teaching you to lean on your energy system by allowing us to ground into our own truth on a qi level as we move through the story of our lives.
Chong Mo
Central Channel
The Belt Channel or “Dai Mo” travels around the body horizontally connecting in with the "Ren", Du, and Chong Mo channels. It extends out approximately 3 ft around us spiraling out vertically and horizontally creating an energetic cocoon of protective Wei Qi that filters out external negative energies, disease, and anything that isn’t of our highest good. This channel holds the imprint of our soul's story. It strengthens our balance, presence, and communication between our inner & outer world.
Dai Mo
Belt Channel
Clears the pathway of communication and support between the 4 primary and 4 secondary extraordinary meridians through the heart.
Master &
Couple Points
This expands on the microcosmic orbit to include the arms & legs in the circulation. This practice has also been referred to as the 12 Stars and 10 Breaths. It nourishes the organs, strengthens your entire energy body, and expands consciousness.
Macrocosmic Orbit
Opens the 12 gates & deepens the strength of your protective field. The Star Spiral holds the collective imprint of your 8 Extraordinary Meridians and the energy of creation within your qi system. This field holds immense power to hold a protected space or healing intention.
